Andrea & Alex Wedding
Andrea and Alex were married at St. John's Cathedral at Creighton University, with a beautiful and fun reception at the Harper Center. "This is a special day," Andrea's mother Mimoy told me, "It is a day that Venezuela and America come together!" I was so happy to witness Venezuela and America come together in the form of Andrea and Alex tying the knot, congratulations you two! And a big thank you to my awesome assistant Nancy Kohler:)

RaeAnn & Charlie Wedding
Rae Ann & Charlie had beautiful and intimate prairie wedding, love and commitment celebrated with friends and family. Charlie wore a kilt while RaeAnn wore a black dress, and their dog Pookah, who has since passed away, wore a bow tie rather well. They had such fun details, like RaeAnn's bouquet gathered that morning from flowers on the prairie, the colorful thrift store place settings (a trend to watch!) and all sorts of bright quilts and blankets cover the straw bales for the ceremony. Thank you RaeAnn & Charlie for having me document your wedding day a little different (my first all film wedding!!) and I'm so glad that Pookah was able to be a part of your wonderful day!

Sara & Doug Wedding
Most people wouldn't want to get married in the building where they work, but most people aren't State Senators and get to work in our beautiful Nebraska State Capitol! You mid-town Omaha people might recognize Sara Howard as your representative:) Sara and Doug had an intimate ceremony in the Warner Legislative Chamber and celebrated with close friends and family in the Capitol's cafeteria and awesome courtyard. Congratulations Sara and Doug, it was great to be a part of your special day!
Geona & Shawn Wedding
One of the most genuinely sweet couples ever, Geona & Shawn were married at the beautiful grounds of Camp Catron in Nebraska City, what could be sweeter than tying the knot at a Girl Scout Camp? And if you're wondering, the tents are exactly the same!! I can't say enough good things about these two! I laughed, I teared up, I got caught up in the emotion of the day brought on by the great big group of people they call their friends and family. Congratulations Geona & Shawn, you have a great life ahead of you! And a big thank you to Nancy Kohler for being an awesome second shooter:)
