Lizzy & Adam Elopement
My dear friends Adam and Lizzy, eloped. Marriage is often people's first step to building a life together. Adam and Lizzy had taken so many steps together over the years, intertwining their lives in every way that their formal commitment was just that, a formality. But it still mattered to them that they make it, with a few friends by their side, in their super cool house. My good friend Ellie was their officiator, I was the photographer and I guess Brendan and Justin do what dudes do, pop champagne, play some music and show up late:) Big or small, weddings are awesome.

Kelsey & Ryan Wedding Portraits
This was a really fun wedding for me, as I was a guest! My husband Joe was one of Ryan's groomsmen, and I took full advantage of my guest status and danced the night away! Even though I wasn't there as an "official" photographer, I made sure to steal Kelsey and Ryan away during the moody Iowa dusk for a roll of black & white film with my Rolleiflex camera. Thank you two for throwing an awesome party, I loved mingling with your friends and family! And a mega big thank you for letting me take some photos:) Congratulations!
Lin & Barb Wedding
Lin and Barb had a gigantic wedding ceremony at the Sunken Gardens, and as it was the Fourth of July, a big block party to celebrate! I have never seen a wedding couple more happy to be married, 27 years is a long time to wait for the privilege! Lin & Barb are an amazing couple, and I was truly honored to be a part of your day.
