My friend Andrea, operates a beautiful little dairy called Broken Shovels outside of Denver, Colorado.  If you're lucky, or you ask nicely, you can find Broken Shovels at Natural Grocers.  This is one of her amazing bloomy rind cheeses, showing off how great it is.
